1.) Applications for Inspections should be submitted six weeks prior to the anniversary date.
2.) Please note that all cheques should be made out to the Accountant General.
3.) Additional fees determined after inspection, must be paid at the time of collection of the certificate.
4.) A re-inspection refers to the inspection of a business after the annual inspection was conducted and the business has recommendation to be put in place.
5.) Re-inspection of properties is 50% of the original fee which must be paid at the time of collection of the certificate.
6.) A separate form must be used for each business.
