HOW TO APPLY – Police
Certificate of Character/Bulk payment
1.
Prepare
your .CSV file
a. Using the excel file
template, enter the details for each applicant in the column.
b. You must enter information
in the red column.
c. Once the template is
completed, go to Menu bar, click “File”, click “Save as”.
d. Enter a file name.
e. Use the drop-down arrow,
scroll to “CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)”
f. Click on “CSV (Comma
delimited) (*.csv)”
g. Click “Save’’

Accessing the application form
a. Go to https://www.gov.bb/
·
Scroll down the page and under “Forms”,
click on the link with the words “Application for Police Certificate of
Character - Bulk Payment”.
Or go to...
·
https://forms.gov.bb/ and choose
“Application for Police Certificate of Character – Bulk Payment and click
Apply.
b. The introductory page of the
application for “Bulk payment page” will appear.
c. Read the information carefully
before applying.
d. Click “Apply now”
3. Accessing EZpay+ (This is the only payment
platform through which payment can be
made)
a. If you already have an EZPAY+
account, click
“Login” and enter your login details.
b. If you do not have an account,
you will need to create one. To do so, please click “Register”.
c. On the EZPAY+ page, click “Create an account”
d. Complete the registration form
and submit.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
4. How to upload *csv file (excel spreadsheet)
You may return to the application form and LOGIN to EZPAY+ to complete the application process.
1. Click upload .CSV file”.
· You may drag and drop or upload from where you saved it. (i.e.
Desktop, My Documents etc.)
·
If you receive a ‘failed’ notice, please update the necessary
information, save and upload again.
·
You can also delete the ‘failed’ information, save and upload
again.
·
All of the columns should be highlighted green. If not, make the
required changes, save and upload again.
·
Remember, save as a.*CSV file (Comma delimited) (*.csv)”.
2. Click SUBMIT.
3. You may continue by choosing your
payment method by doing the following:
·
choose payment method (Direct Debit (bank account must be
previously validated with the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Smart
Technology), Credit Card (recommended ) or mMoney)
·
enter payment details

for Direct Debit - select bank account.

for mMoney - scan QR code or enter details.
3..3.
for Credit Card - enter card details.

confirm payment.

Processing of payment may take a few minutes if there are a
number of applications.
A confirmation email of payment
and a receipt will be sent to the email address that you provided.
Remember, direct debit (debit
card) takes 5 business days to process, credit card and mMoney are processed
instantly.
How to review a PDF copy of the
application form
1. Login
to EZpay+
2. On the
left-hand side of the screen, click “Forms”
3. You may
review the applications by date or by name.
If there are no issues, the Certificate of Character will be emailed to
the email address entered for each individual on the *CSV file, (excel
spreadsheet) within 48 hours after payment has been received.
If you do not receive your certificate within
the 48 hours, you may contact the Police Certificate of Character office
